Group sessions are a means to share common experiences in a trusting and supportive place.
These sessions are there for you to offload and speak your mind about your very personal experience of losing your parent. To talk about what this has meant for you and what the impact has been for you.
This is also a very special space to be able to witness others in their time of sadness and loss and where you get the opportunity to meet others and come together in support of one another and who knows, maybe even find friendship.
